As part of Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month, we are hosting a photo contest May 1-31. Post your photos showing us how you overcome asthma and allergies. Your photo will be featured on our tackleasthma.org page. You could win a “healthier home” package of asthma & allergy friendly® Certified products.
How Can I Participate?
- Take a picture showing how you live with asthma or allergies every day.
- Upload your photo to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or our community photo albums between May 1-31.
Post the photo to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (@AAFANational) page. Make sure your photo privacy is set to public*.
Tweet your photo, tag @AAFANational.

Upload your photo to one of our community photo albums. Join or login to our community to add your photo to our How Do You #TackleAsthma and #Tackle Allergies photo album. You will need to verify your email address after you join and before you can post. Click the “Post” button and select “File.” On mobile, click the menu (three bars) icon on the top left. - Include a description with your photo. Tell us how this represents how you manage asthma or allergies.
- Include the hashtags #TackleAsthma #contest OR #TackleAllergies #contest for your photo to be counted.
- Visit our photo stream on TackleAsthma.org to see your photo along with others who manage asthma and allergies everyday. Winners will be announced on the photo stream and on our blog.
*Important: Make sure your social media account or photo posts are public during the contest. If they aren’t, we might not see your photo. If you don’t want to do that, you can always post your photo on our community photo pages.
One winner will be selected each week during Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month from all eligible photo entries. Winners will receive a “healthier home” package of asthma & allergy friendly® Certified products (approximate retail value - $585). Members outside of the United States may share their photos, but are not eligible to win. Up to 5 entries are permitted, however there is limit of one prize per person. No purchase necessary, void where prohibited, US residents, 18+. Promotion begins 5/1/17 and ends 5/31/17. Click here for official rules.
