In March 2020, the World Health Organization classified COVID-19 as a global pandemic. This fall and winter, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) believes flu viruses and the new coronavirus that causes COVID-19 will spread at the same time.

The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) wants to hear about the experiences, perceptions and needs of people with asthma and allergies as they relate to COVID-19 and the flu. We hope to better serve the asthma and allergy community as our understanding of COVID-19 and the 2020-2021 flu season continues to develop. You can help by participating in this research survey.

The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
