Ben- I think alot of folks may not realize that asthmatics can have problems throughout the year. It depends what triggers your asthma. It also depends on what type of asthma a person has. ☺

Very true I have allergy’s year around.  You just don’t think of asthma with anything other then spring . Lol like hypothermia and summer.

Yes, Ben! This is precisely why we need to spread the word about asthma! People can become educated and possibly, some triggers may lessen...such as fragrance and pet dander in public places. They affect people with asthma year round! ☺

Hi Kabir Malik! Welcome to the AAFA Forums!

Sounds like you have been really struggling with your asthma symptoms. Do you have an asthma action plan?

Here is a free online Asthma Care course. It goes over the basics of asthma, triggers, symptoms and how to manage your asthma.

Please join us in the Asthma Support Forum. You will be able to connect with other members and see how they manage their asthma on a daily basis.

Please let me know if you’d like me to talk about anything still improving from my Bronchial Thermoplasty and actually running for the first time in my life!!!

Lexi- That is great news! Keep up the good work! 👍

I am looking forward to learning more about asthma. I hope alot of new people will read about asthma and allergies. The more educated we become, the more we understand others' struggles. We never stop learning! I have severe persistent asthma, COPD, and some other health issues as well. These health issues don't stop me from doing what I need to do! I still take care of my home and do as much as I can to help others. Keep calm. Stay strong. Carry on! 💪❤☺
