The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) welcomes two new Executive Directors this year. David Guydan has joined the AAFA New England Chapter, and Marjorie Moore has joined the AAFA St. Louis Chapter.
Guydan brings both for-profit and nonprofit experience to his AAFA role. He started with a career in banking and finance, serving as a CEO in the industry for 10 years. More recently, he worked as a strategic planning consultant for multiple nonprofits. He also held a fellowship as a program director embedded within a nonprofit organization. Guydan holds a bachelorβs degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Moore brings 15 years of nonprofit experience to AAFA. She served as Executive Director for 11 years for MindsEye, a nonprofit that provides reading and audio information to the blind and visually impaired. Moore also served as President of the International Association of Audio Information Services and the Illinois Radio Information Services. She holds a degree in broadcast and electronic Communication from Marquette University.
