Improving Your Asthma and Allergy Health

Our names are Sahil Ahuja, Lauren Perry, Aymen Saleem, and Mathangi Sridharan, and we are students at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. We are completing a project to evaluate the communication channels of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA).

Here is a survey that will assist us in our communications audit. The goal of this survey is to gain insights into the opinions of AAFA’s customers--you.

We would greatly appreciate your completion of this survey. If possible, we would appreciate a response by March 31st. All responses will be kept completely anonymous.
