I have allergies and asthma. Reading a real human story like this helps remind me to keep up that constant preparation no matter how good or bad I am feeling, for both myself, and also for my son who has food allergies. I carry a large backpack purse (sometimes I put it in a rolling bag because it is so heavy). It has all our emergency medicines in it.
