I’ve never thought of improving the air quality at my work because I don’t get the right support for anything so I didn’t bother asking. I don’t have food allergies but I have a lot of environmental allergies and I take Flonase, Zyrtec, Fluticasone, Eye drops, and Benadryl at night just to sleep. I’d probably be a great candidate for Xolair! I also have asthma. It’s been interesting to say the least!
This is great to hear. I joined recently and finding a sense of community here and getting good value. Luckily my Asthma this spring was not bad 1. I moved to location where there is not much cedar pollen 2. I used controller inhalers well in advance 3. I take Anti-histamine (Zyrtec) 10 mg once a day.
It is really useful information. I have also heard that there are apps these days to watch out for different types of pollen spread. I heard of a few like WebMD, weatherbug, climacell, Zyrtec, etc. Do people use these apps, and are they effective?
I. Have been dealing with hives a few years i was taking 2 zyrtec a pepcid and d3 in morning 2 zyrtec n pepcid at night but now nothing helps any help please
@NN After I got diagnosed I had to take prednisone (a type of steroid) and then they put me on a quadruple dosage of Zyrtec and then some Montelukast. This went on for a couple of years I slowly cut back on the medication over a months span and it's been 2 weeks since I've been hive free. I can't explain it, the doctors can't explain it but hopefully others can recover too. As for coping with it the medication helped but it was still a frustration just keep strong and never give up.
