This is an interesting point @ybarron01. Cold, dry air is a common cause of airway narrowing and other asthma symptoms. It can especially affect you if you have exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (also known as exercise-induced asthma). Warm, humid air is less likely to cause asthma symptoms while exercising. The recommendation for indoor humidity levels is between 30-50%.
