why is it that when its super hot I can seem to get enough air but then when its to cold I still cant seem to get air flowing ? Is there a range in which a asthma patient should stay in?
This is an interesting point @ybarron01 . Cold, dry air is a common cause of airway narrowing and other asthma symptoms. It can especially affect you if you have exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (also known as exercise-induced asthma). Warm, humid air is less likely to cause asthma symptoms while exercising.
