File CommentWe give him children's allergy pills to try and control the allergy part and then when it does flair up we have a twice a day med he uses in his nebulizer.

Blog Post Comment@Kathy P I did purchase it . I got it to try because Of the promise of allergy free and no scent . I think it works well . However the bottle needs to be reworked . It leaks easily from the top . Also when you pour you need a funnel . Or it comes out way to fast . They should of designed it better .

Database Record CommentHi Mink- Strong perfumes and fragrances, especially those with toxic chemicals can trigger an asthma episode. I try to avoid wearing them or being around them. I run into this issue a lot during the holidays. There are such fun scents everywhere, but I am mindful of my exposure.

When schools, hospitals or Any building uses scent devices (like scent beams, Glade, febreeze, scented floor cleaning products, scented hand sanitizer, scented carpet cleaner, scented soap) it becomes a barrier for those of us who have reactions to the chemicals in those fragrances. Database Record CommentBecause the air is so dry, when I fly over a couple of hours, I always have a small bottle of nasal saline spray and use it 2-3 times an hour. If I don't, I get bad sinus infections that then causes me breathing issues for several days. If a person has strong perfume or other scent that bothers you, don't hesitate to ask to be moved. But do it politely and be respectful of that person feeling.

File CommentI have moderate to severe asthma. I was diagnosed when an infant. I have always had mild wheezing which initially lead drs to believe that I didn’t have asthma. As I’ve aged I have learned that while I only have mild wheezing I have severe coughing. At first no one correlated the coughing to asthma. My severe coughing led to inability to breathe well, and many hospital stays. Even today my wheezing is mild but my pulmonologist recognizes the signs and stays on top of it before I wind up in a...
